PHOTO CONTEST Looking for all our amateur photographers out there! The Town of Virden is seeking new and interesting photos for municipal use and we want your help! Send us your best pictures in the Town & Landscape and People categories and you could win $100 for first prize or $50 for second prize for each category. A total of $300 to be won! Email your pictures to virden_cler@mts.net or drop your disk off at the Town Office. All digital entries will be considered and finalists will be noted in the Empire Advance. Contest closes June 30, 2010. The Town of Virden reserves the right to use all photographs at our discretion.
