Compost Transfer Station The Town of Virden would like to ask the co-operation of the general public in the use of the compost transfer station located on Anniversary Road. While the majority of users treat the facility with respect, there are still individuals who continue to abuse the facility by throwing plastic bags, tree branches, garbage and other foreign material in the compost or around the bin. THIS ABUSE DESTROYS THE VALUE OF THE COMPOST!!! Thank you for your co-operation!
